The award-winning architectural firm Delugan Meissl was responsible for the architecture of this modern new residential building (completed in 2016) in the newly developed Baumkirchen Mitte quarter (another project by this firm is, for example, the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart).The entire quarter also convinces with a very appealing architecture.
This beautiful apartment is of high quality and fully furnished and equipped. Due to its south-east orientation, it is flooded with light. The modern equipment includes electric shutters on all windows and an automatic ventilation system (decentralized exhaust air system).
